What does the onboarding process consist of?
The onboarding process involves several steps and may take a few hours to finish. It includes purchasing and installing the Sierra Chart platform, opening a futures brokerage account, and installing NovaTrade Pro. If you need assistance, our technical support team is available to help.
If I miss a training session, is there a recording I can view?
Yes! All workshops and training sessions are recorded and can be accessed for replay.
What does the monthly NovaTrade subscription and include?
The NovaTrader Pro monthly subscription is $349/mo and includes access to all of the training sessions, live trading room, and Discord trading community. This monthly fee is usually covered by 1 to 3 trades.
I already have a brokerage account, can I use it?
For our program, we recommend using AMP Futures or IronBeam.
AMP Futures and IronBeam are brokers that offers futures trading, charges low fees, and doesn’t charge inactivity fees.
What if I request a refund?
All subscription sales are final and no refund requests will be granted; however, monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime.
What are the Course Prerequisites and Requirements?
Your PC must meet the minimum requirements listed below to run Sierra Chart
Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 or later 64-bit. (Sierra Chart does not run on Mac Computers)
• 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 64-bit processor.
• 16GB RAM.
• Screen resolution of 1024 x 768.
• Fast internet speed of at least 100 Mbits/s for fiber, cable, or DSL. 5G Cellular 200- 400 Mbits/s
Recommended but not required:
A second monitor to monitor for viewing multiple charts and monitoring your drawdown on Rithmic. You may also need another device such as your phone or a tablet to run Zoom and not cause lag on your computer
